Welcome,

   Hello, my name is Chely, the maker, owner and operator of HBC Soap Studio. As a wife, a mother of 3 girls, 10 grandchildren, and a natural gas accident survivor. It is by the grace of God that I am here today.  My faith and prayers has strengthened me. Not being able to work outside the home any longer, I wanting to do more than stare at a computer screen endlessly day after day playing  video games and watching videos.  I wanted to be more self sufficient. I needed to feel useful again.  I studied the art of soap making for over a year, and added it to my growing list of skills. 

   I worked as a nurse in the health care field for several years before coming home bound.  Witnessing the different ways to treat skin conditions.  I was sure there was a better way to care for my grand children's  sensitive skin  issues and eczema without prescriptions.  We have made products that are colorant and fragrance free for those reasons.

   My husband and his co workers needed something to clean with after work that was as effective as dawn dish soap, yet gentle on the skin.  Since 2021, I have worked tirelessly  with several recipes. I finally came up with one that is nourishing, moisturizing and gentle on the skin. These products were received by friends,  family,  and co workers with rousing success. Now we bring them to you!

  

   I strive to do the best for my family. So I have made it my mission to soothe the mind and body through a vast amount of items. We are now pleased to offer new products to my care line.  So stop by our shop to see what is new.  We look forward to serving  you with peace, love, and respect.

  Our ingredients are responsibly sourced. We only buy raw butters to support the women of West to East Africa, from Guinea and Senegal to Uganda, South Sudan and Ghana.  All our products have been tested on multiple skin types of all ages to ensure you are getting the best product We can offer.
